Transport Manager - Laem Chabang Branch

• Plan and control the transportation of customers' goods by managing both the Company's fleet and Subcontracted fleets.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor the performance of employees in the transportation department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare training plans, conduct training, and evaluate training results for transportation department employees at the Laem Chabang branch.
• Inspect and control the performance efficiency of all transport vehicles, such as On-time delivery, ensuring goods are not damaged and there are no transportation accidents.
• Plan, control, and monitor the maintenance of transport trucks; procure and manage subcontracted fleet companies to ensure an adequate number of vehicles and quality service for customers.
• Control and supervise the operation of all types of transport vehicles efficiently to achieve Optimal cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare reports for presentation to branch management as assigned; prepare reports on prevention and corrective actions when accidents occur, including other issues arising in the transportation department.
• Manage Cash disbursements within the transportation department at the Laem Chabang branch; supervise operations to ensure consistency and compliance with ISO quality standards as well as other relevant transportation standards.
