Purchasing Engineer (English Communication Skills Only)

Collaborate with the Manager to source, select, and develop high-potential suppliers both domestically and internationally. Analyze user requirements and develop efficient procurement processes by applying engineering principles for analysis and management to ensure goods/services meet user/customer requirements, reduce production costs, and increase company profits.

Qualifications: Male-Female, aged 30 years and above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, or at least 2 years of experience in purchasing within an industrial factory Knowledge of procurement processes Knowledge of reading mechanical drawings Negotiation techniques Knowledge of import-export principles and customs procedures Knowledge of laws related to purchasing/procurement Able to communicate in English only Able to commute by private vehicle; the company does not provide a shuttle service Able to work overtime Able to work under pressure
