Responsibilities and Job Details

1. Welcome customers, escort them to their tables, take orders, and recommend food/drink menus accurately and engagingly.
2. Serve food and drinks politely, quickly, and in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
3. Attend to and serve customers throughout their dining experience to create a lasting impression.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of dining tables, plates, cutlery, and the service area to ensure they are always ready for use.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service.
6. Other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Required Skills

1. Friendly, calm, and enthusiastic.
2. Communication skills; able to converse with customers effectively.
3. Agility; able to carry trays or multiple plates without spilling.
4. Knowledge of food and drink menus.
5. Teamwork skills; must coordinate with the kitchen team.

1. Male/Female, aged 18 years and above.
2. Education: Grade 9 (M.3) or higher, or equivalent.
3. Service-minded, good interpersonal skills, cheerful, and enthusiastic about work.
4. Honest, punctual, and has a positive attitude toward working with others.
5. Physically healthy, good personality, and maintains personal hygiene at all times.
6. Able to work in shifts or according to the restaurant's schedule (including Saturdays-Sundays and public holidays).
7. Experience in service, restaurants, or hotels will be specially considered.
8. Good English communication skills.
