Warehouse manager

• Manage and control warehouse operations, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Plan receiving, issuing, storage, and dispensing of goods accurately and systematically
• Control Stock Accuracy and verify stock accuracy in accordance with the system
• Control product storage to be appropriate for each product type, including Cold Storage management
• Control product rotation in accordance with FIFO / FEFO principles and Food Safety standards
• Plan storage areas and manage warehouse space for maximum efficiency
• Control Cycle Count / Stock Count and analyze causes in case of stock discrepancies
• Control operations to comply with GMP, HACCP, and the factory's quality system standards
• Manage and develop the Warehouse team, including manpower planning and shift work
• Analyze warehouse KPIs such as Stock Accuracy, Inventory Loss, Picking Accuracy, Warehouse Efficiency, and warehouse costs
• Improve warehouse management systems and processes to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in General Management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Engineering Experience in production planning and warehouse management in food factories or Cold Storage Knowledge of warehouse processes, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making Leadership skills/decisiveness, problem analysis, as well as skills and ability in immediate problem-solving, cost control, and good manpower management Experience managing Cold Storage will be given special consideration 5+ years of experience in Warehouse within food factories or related industries Basic English communication skills Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 Able to use ERP / WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
