-Research and develop products -Prepare raw material test samples for cost reduction or food quality improvement -Prepare product specification documents -Prepare food and bakery for receptions or events -Prepare products for various events according to company activities, such as Thai Flex and others -Record food production data for each batch -Responsible for other tasks as assigned by the department head and the R&D manager -Manage products after experimentation within the specified timeframe to prevent damage after the experiment is completed -Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments effectively

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, General Science, Food Engineering, or other related fields 1-2 years of experience or more Able to analyze qualitative statistical data Able to calculate production costs Knowledge of food laws Understanding of quality systems such as GHP, HACCP Good English communication skills Experience working in a processed food factory will be specially considered
