Export Sales Officer (Commission included)

1. Coordinate with customers and Agents both domestically and internationally.

Prepare sales contracts, quotations, export documents, and sales reports.

1. Manage sales volume, international customers, and find new international customers through various channels.
2. Contact / Coordinate with customers / overseas vendors from start to finish of the process; emphasis on having OEM Skin Care experience and understanding the branding system.
3. Coordinate with internal departments and customers to provide services according to customer requirements.
4. Verify the accuracy of export documents before sending them to customers, such as INVOICE, PACKING.
5. Act as a company representative in public relations regarding products and services, attend international trade fairs, and build a good corporate image to increase brand awareness.
6. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male - Female (LGBT), Age 25 - 40 years old. Bachelor's Degree in any field. Able to communicate well in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and business negotiation. Experience in international product sales. Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, 22716 will be specially considered. Proficient in using MS Office computer programs. Highly detail-oriented and able to work well in a team. Highly detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and able to solve immediate problems effectively. Experience in international sales and marketing for cosmetics will be specially considered. Understanding of MOQ, Costing, Gross Profit, Lead Time, Incoterms, and export processes. Possess leadership qualities, a good personality, and responsibility towards duties; patient and hardworking. Able to work off-site both domestically and internationally (occasionally).
