Maintenance Engineer

1. Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and monitoring maintenance work, such as Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance
2. Jointly responsible for solving maintenance problems and controlling machine repairs in case of emergency machine failures
3. Perform tasks related to standard engineering operating systems, such as preparing documents / undergoing audits according to ISO requirements, labor standard systems, etc.
4. Develop and improve operating methods to increase efficiency

• Analyze production process problems and use the data for designing, fixing, and improving machines to further develop machine efficiency
• Prepare manuals and learning media for the technician team to increase knowledge and develop manpower potential

1. Plan the procurement of parts/spare parts/equipment/various tools to be sufficient for maintenance work
2. Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bachelor of Industrial Education, or Bachelor of Industrial Technology in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields Possess an engineering professional license (License) (if any) Have experience in planning and preparing maintenance plans for machines and various systems for at least 1 year Have experience and knowledge in factory maintenance for at least 1 year Have experience and knowledge in factory maintenance (experience in food factory engineering will be specially considered) Have knowledge in planning and preparing maintenance plans for machines and various systems Able to read and write Drawing, AutoCAD, Solid works, SketchUp, Professional Learning Community (PLC) Able to read, write, and speak English Able to use Microsoft Office programs very well Able to perform other assigned duties
