Production Manager-Blow Molding

• Manage and control the blow molding production process in accordance with production plans.
• Plan and control production capacity to meet customer demand, quality standards, and machine capability.
• Control product quality, reduce scrap, and improve production efficiency (OEE).
• Lead, supervise, and develop the blow molding production team, including supervisors and operators.
• Analyze production and machine-related problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Control production costs and manage the department budget.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, 5S, and workplace safety standards.
• Prepare production performance reports and KPIs for management review.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in blow molding production. Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred. Strong knowledge of plastic materials such as PE, PP, and PET. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
