Restaurant Manager

• Execute and supervise branch QSC to meet the standards set by the company • Open the store, change shifts, close the store, and supervise the store during one's own shift • Manage the sales revenue of the branch • Supervise various assets within the branch • Inspect, order – receive goods, and manage the inventory system within the branch • Provide information regarding products and services of the store, including various promotions, to customers • Plan annual training for branch employees • Supervise and train employees through One on One Training and according to company standards • Resolve customer complaints during one's own shift and coordinate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service (Responsibility regarding monetary limits must be at Restaurant Manager level or above) • Comply with company policies and strictly follow orders from supervisors • If any abnormalities or problems occurring within the branch are found, report to the Branch Manager/Area Manager immediately • Control and supervise staff positioning and work schedules to be in accordance with the set plan, and control basic labor costs within the branch • Perform various documentation tasks to be sent to the Head Office (Highest person in charge of the store) • Control and prepare P&L • Stimulate sales to achieve targets • Coach the team according to the established criteria • Manage personnel in the branch, such as manpower, welfare, employee well-being, etc. (Highest person in charge of the store) • Control food production quality to meet the specified standards • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Leadership skills, Team Work management skills Good personality, friendly, and able to adapt well to others Basic knowledge and understanding of service work Ability to work efficiently and cooperate as a team Able to communicate in English
