Quality Assurance (QA) Officer - Beer Factory, Wang Noi, Ayutthaya

1. Control the chemical quality testing of alcohol beverage products to ensure compliance with standards.
2. Summarize quality issues from chemical test results to inform supervisors and relevant departments.
3. Execute product holds and coordinate chemical quality issues with Production, Packaging, Product Development, and Production Planning departments in cases where non-conforming products are found to hold the products.
4. Monitor chemical test results and use chemical quality control data for statistical calculation to analyze chemical quality trends of the products.
5. Suggest corrective guidelines for tasks related to chemical test results or new experiments from the Research department to improve work or experiments for greater efficiency.
6. Perform operations to achieve departmental goals by assessing feasibility and suggesting action plans to control departmental targets to respond to factory policies or goals, ensuring operations are consistent with organizational policies or goals.
7. Support employees in the chemical quality assurance department in receiving job-related training and developing skills to respond to organizational policies, employee morale, work safety, increasing employee knowledge and ability levels to become a working standard, adding value to employees, and considering competency assessments to retain important human resources within the organization.
8. Supervise the orderliness of employees in the laboratory area and operational areas.
9. Comply with policies to align with various management systems established by the company.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Science and Technology, or fields related to food production. Knowledge of statistics. Ability to read and understand English. Skills in analysis and the use of laboratory scientific equipment and tools. Knowledge and understanding of quality control. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO). Ability to work under pressure, possess leadership qualities, and be decisive. Work Monday - Saturday, 08.00 - 17.00. Company bus service provided. Free housing benefits provided.
