Production Engineer - Beer Production Line (Wang Noi, Ayutthaya)

1. Control and assign work plans in every step of the beer production process, issue orders, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with the work plan.
2. Monitor, report, summarize results, and propose departmental goals by analyzing data from past performance combined with factory policies or goals.
3. Notify subordinates of performance results that are inconsistent with the work plan, quality, company scope, and international standard systems.
4. Participate in sensory evaluation of products with the Chemical Quality Assurance department to verify or confirm product quality during the process and for the final product.
5. Monitor and report annual budget usage to supervisors to improve and develop machinery and production processes.
6. Summarize machinery performance, along with researching and proposing improvement guidelines to increase machinery efficiency.
7. Coordinate with relevant teams both inside and outside the company.
8. Perform other assigned duties.
9. Serve on various working committees that support international standard systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Food Engineering) or Food Science and related fields. Knowledge of applied beer production processes. Knowledge and skills in using equipment and various machinery operating systems. Skills in using computers and various programs used for reporting, summarizing, and presenting work. Communication skills, including word choice, speaking, reading, and the ability to interpret meanings clearly, concisely, and without ambiguity. Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English. Basic knowledge of international standard systems. Work flexibility. Teamwork skills. Leadership, decisiveness, and attention to detail. Able to work Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 17:00.
