Store Manager for iStudio UStore branches

1. Supervise and maintain branch orderliness in accordance with organizational standards
2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and purchasing behaviors to drive sales for the branch
3. Manage manpower and create appropriate work schedules for store staff
4. Plan the potential development of branch staff and drive the team to achieve organizational goals
5. Manage inventory and perform goods receiving into the system
6. Resolve customer complaints, analyze causes, and determine corrective actions
7. Oversee public relations as well as branch marketing activities

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field Good communication and problem-solving skills High leadership qualities with the ability to effectively control and supervise subordinates Ability to plan, control, and improve work processes to lead the team to reach defined goals Presentation and coaching skills Ability to work under pressure At least 1 year of experience in retail business management Ability to use English for work; listening, speaking, reading, and writing at a good level Experience with Apple products will be specially considered Knowledge of basic Computer, Smartphone, Tablet, and IT peripheral programs, etc., will be specially considered
