Job Purpose:

Responsibility for the management, construction, control, and promotion of the project portfolio in the Technology Division, while leading planning, monitoring, and performance improvement processes. The role includes leading organizational digitization initiatives, characterizing and implementing digital forms and processes, and connecting business needs to technological solutions that support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Management and control of the divisional project portfolio, including monitoring schedules, budgets, resources, and goal achievement in the Monday system
• Construction of annual work plans in terms of budget and activity frameworks for projects, and ongoing control
• Preparation of management reports, metrics (KPIs), and a current status overview for the division's management
• Development and implementation of methodologies, work procedures, and cross-divisional control tools within the division
• Management and improvement of work processes
• Management and implementation of digital forms
• End-to-End leadership and management of cross-divisional technological projects

Requirements:

• Relevant academic education
• Experience in budget management and financial control in the fields of information systems
• Broad technological understanding and familiarity with the worlds of information systems, infrastructure, software development, and digital
• Experience in characterizing and implementing new processes, including interfaces to additional systems
• Experience working with project management tools, with an emphasis on the Monday product
• High level of English
• Broad vision and process-oriented understanding
• Good interpersonal skills and high service orientation
• Ability for independent learning
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking
