Hotel Director

Organizes work to ensure comfortable conditions, cleanliness, and order in the residential, socio-cultural, and utility premises of the residential building. Exercises control over the reception and registration of vacationers arriving at the boarding house (hotel). Monitors the correctness and timeliness of the processing of documents granting the right to accommodation and service. Ensures systematic control over the operation of the residential building's life support systems (water supply, sewerage, electrical network, communication tools, etc.), and takes measures to eliminate any malfunctions in their operation. Maintains the sanitary and fire supervision logbook. Manages the work of the residential building's service personnel, draws up work schedules, and carries out the issuance and receipt of inventory.

Requirements

Work experience of 5 years or more. Knowledge of Chinese and English languages. Proficiency in PC, 1C. Financial responsibility. Readiness to work with foreign citizens. Readiness for business trips.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
