Base Director (tourist)

Organizes the work of personnel and services of the tourist base. Controls the work of accounting, distribution, and correct use of residential rooms. Coordinates the arrival schedule of vacationers. Organizes the transportation of vacationers. Organizes the issuance of equipment and items for cultural, domestic, and sports purposes to vacationers. Creates the necessary conditions for organizing catering and providing first aid to vacationers. Ensures the safety and maintenance in good working order of premises and property in accordance with rules and norms of operation, sanitary-technical, and fire safety requirements. Ensures profitable management of the household, and the timely and high-quality provision of a complex of services to vacationers.

Requirements

Work experience of 5 years or more. Knowledge of Chinese and English languages. Proficiency in PC, 1C. Material responsibility. Readiness to work with foreign citizens. Readiness for business trips.

Higher education — bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
