Assistant Maintenance Supervisor (Maintenance Supervisor)

Emphasis on Bachelor's Degree - Electrical Power and ability to work with PLC SIEMENS systems

1) Act as a Lead in Preventive Maintenance planning (Automotive technician group) and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient machine maintenance. 2) Control and monitor all preventive maintenance tasks. 3) Analyze machine breakdown problems to find the root cause. 4) Responsible for construction, repair, and improvement of machines and equipment within the factory, including supporting tool making and utility systems. 5) Plan, assign, and control preventive maintenance work to achieve maximum efficiency. 6) Able to establish a spare parts system. 7) Able to control construction work and Project work, and manage contractors. 8) Able to solve immediate problems in maintenance work well. 9) Receive tasks from supervisors, including attending meetings, and return to assign duties to the team effectively. 10) Subordinate teams will work in shifts; therefore, must be able to support the team at all times. 11) Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Age not exceeding 40 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Have at least 10 years of experience in maintenance within the industrial factory sector / Maintenance Experience in Preventive maintenance systems will be specially considered Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs Ability to use AutoCAD will be specially considered Able to communicate in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) and if proficient in Chinese, will be specially considered Good analytical skills, able to solve problems and prevent recurrence Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others
