1. Present sales and specify product specifications, recommend products to designers, architects, and project customer groups
2. Responsible for sales targets of floor tiles, vinyl tiles, laminate surfacing, and Engineer Wood flooring
3. Responsible for following up on and collecting product payments
4. Maintain good relationships with customers
5. Build a new customer base to increase sales
6. Coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer needs and ensure efficiency in sales operations

Qualifications: Gender: Male-Female, Age: 20 - 35 years old Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales Have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales and specification (will be specially considered) Have a good personality and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and enthusiasm Have good wit in solving immediate problems, and good communication and negotiation skills Able to communicate, listen, speak, read, and write English at a fair level Have good skills in using computers, MS Office word, excel, power point, office equipment, and email Have a driver's license and a private car
