Assistant Store Manager (Little Mermaid Bakery)

• Responsible for internal management within the store/branch
• Oversee sales to achieve the specified target of the branch
• Oversee purchasing within the store/branch
• Control various expenses such as food, beverages, electricity, and staff wages to be in accordance with the specified volume or standards
• Oversee repair requests and various maintenance within the store/branch
• Control various standards of the store/branch
• Create customer satisfaction through service and control food quality

Qualifications: Education: High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's Degree Field of study: Administration, Retail, Marketing, or Restaurant Management Experience: 1-3 years (in administration and management in the restaurant business) Gender: Male/Female Age: 20-30 years old Administration and management in the restaurant business Can use English (intermediate) Has leadership and can work as a team Planning and problem-solving
