System Administrator

-maintenance of user workstations (PC, office equipment, VoIP phone, software), -investigating the causes of incidents and rapid finding of optimal solutions, -server maintenance, -configuration, setup, and administration of personal computers and peripheral devices, -support of local (LAN), wide (WAN), and telephone networks, -configuration, setup, and administration of servers, -installation, setup, and updating of OS and other software (including antivirus products), -data backup and recovery, -participation in the procurement of equipment, components, and software, -maintenance of technical and other documentation, -user consulting.

Requirements

REQUIRED FOR THE JOB: COMPUTER NETWORKS AND SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN. -secondary vocational or higher technical education, -work experience is desirable, -experience in Linux and Windows administration, -ability to understand the TCP/IP, HTTP (S), DNS protocol stack, -knowledge of bash, SQL basics, and DBMS administration, -experience in computer diagnostics and repair, -confident knowledge of technical English, -knowledge of server "hardware", -responsibility and attentiveness at work, -neatness, ability to express thoughts clearly, -communicativeness, stress resistance, ability to learn. Preferred: -knowledge of a programming language, -experience in servicing audio/video equipment (A/V receivers, video projectors, video recorders), -experience working with databases, -understanding of information security.
