Production Engineer

1.Design, develop, and improve PLC programs for machines and automation systems. 2.Develop and support PLC Level 4 (LV4) systems and related machine control systems. 3.Design and develop PLC programs for new machines. 4.Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic and automatic systems. 5.Analyze and resolve issues related to machine control and automation systems. 6.Perform machine and automation system commissioning. 7.Design and support Servo and Motion Control systems. 8.Develop and maintain Analog Control and Communication systems. 9.Design and implement Safety PLC systems. 10.Provide support for basic electrical systems within the factory.

Qualifications: Male, aged 25–35 years. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or other related fields. Good command of English for work-related communication. Japanese language skills will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of PLC and LV4 machine control systems. Knowledge of PLC and LV4 machine control systems. Knowledge of SolidWorks. Ability to use CAD/CAM software. Knowledge and experience in Servo and Motion Control. Knowledge of Analog Control and industrial communication systems. Knowledge and experience in Safety PLC. Ability to perform machine commissioning and start-up activities. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
