Sales Office - Real Estate in Greece - Athens

Job Description: For a company specializing in real estate investments in Athens with offices in the Stock Exchange complex (Ramat Gan), a sales agent is required for the company's sales team. The work includes ongoing work with the company's clients, accompaniment from the beginning of the purchase process until the signing of contracts. Challenging work that allows for learning and development for subsequent roles. Base salary + commissions. Very rewarding for suitable candidates.

Key Tasks:

• Face-to-face meetings with potential clients
• Phone calls to interested clients
• Meeting sales targets
• Working with clients until the signing of the final purchase contract
• Working with the company's legal team
• Working with the execution office in Athens
• Managing various bureaucratic processes

Job Requirements:

• Full-time position, Sun-Thu
• Sales experience – Mandatory (Real estate sales experience – Advantage)
• Work from the office in Ramat Gan
• Availability for immediate start
• High level of order and organization
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with CRM systems – Advantage
• Good level of English – Mandatory
• Proficiency in Office applications (PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) – Mandatory
