Equipment Technician

At Tower, we deal with the support and maintenance of multi-disciplinary computer-controlled machines. • Performing preventive maintenance, repair, and improvement of equipment maintenance procedures and systems in the semiconductor field • The role includes multi-disciplinary aspects – electricity, electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics • The role includes working with equipment engineers and area managers, the procurement and operations departments, in order to identify and solve equipment faults that support production • An opportunity to take part in interesting and challenging projects: improving reliability, cost savings, and safety improvement • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays • Electronics/Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Technician - mandatory; Air Force or Navy veterans – significant advantage. At least two years of experience in the maintenance of computer-controlled mechanical and electronic equipment (experience may be from the military or industry). Preference for those with experience in high-tech equipment maintenance – significant advantage. Good level of English.
