Area Manager for the Ganei Newton Network

A senior role responsible for the management, supervision, and control of several kindergartens within the Newton network. The role includes responsibility for budgets, annual and monthly work plans, quality control, management of the kindergarten managers team, and staff retention. Reporting to the Vice President of Quality and Pedagogy. - Bachelor's degree in Education - High preference for a Master's degree - High level of English - Proven experience in senior management and high-level leadership skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Business and commercial understanding - Mobility - The role requires regular travel to the network's kindergartens
