Systems Analyst and Technological Project Manager

We are looking for a Systems Analyst and Technological Project Manager to join our team and lead smart technological solutions in the world of payments and Fintech. The role includes characterization, analysis, and leading cross-organizational technological projects – from the idea stage to going live, while working closely with development teams, technology teams, internal stakeholders, and business and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Analysis and characterization of software systems and payment platforms
• Leading cross-organizational technological projects, from the initiation stage to successful closure
• Writing high-level functional and technical characterization documents
• Working with development, QA, DevOps, and information security teams
• Managing relationships with internal customers and external vendors
• Initiating, promoting, and implementing innovative technological processes
• Support and guidance during implementation and deployment processes
• Responsibility for all product stages A-Z (characterization to customer delivery)
• Deep understanding of the system and the ability to analyze faults and perform investigations (from the requirement stage, database analysis, running SQL queries, etc., to understanding the source of the problem and routing it to development if necessary)
• Initiating and promoting innovative solutions to improve business and technological processes, including the use of AI tools and automation where appropriate
• Examining new technologies and recommending solutions that can contribute to efficiency, improved customer experience, and the advancement of organizational goals

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and leading technological projects
• Ability to write and manage high-level functional and technical characterization documents
• Experience working with technological interfaces – API, databases, etc. (advantage for payment systems)
• Background and understanding of software development processes and integration between systems
• Strategic and technological thinking and broad business understanding
• Achievement orientation, high ability to organize and lead projects to high-quality, fast, and successful completion
• Ability to drive interfaces and promote processes in a dynamic and changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and work with various stakeholders in the organization
• Knowledge and familiarity with the Fintech world – a significant advantage
• Experience working with Agile methodologies – mandatory
• English at the level of emails and conversation management (regular work with international parties will be required)
• High orientation toward technological innovation and the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement through AI and automation solutions
• Familiarity with leading AI tools and the ability to understand how they can be integrated into work processes, products, and services within the organization
• Technological curiosity and the ability to learn, test, and implement new technologies according to business needs
