Your tasks

IT infrastructure support, monitoring and maintenance, technical support for end users, asset and documentation management, supporting IT improvements in IT-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Computer, IT, Information Technology, Digital Business, Computer Science or related fields.
2. Fair English communication skills.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, computers, hardware, software systems, or others.
5. 0-5 years of experience in IT work.
6. Service mind, honest, and hardworking.
