Marketing Executive for the creation and development of a new Marketing department

ELEFTHERIOU S.A., with a long-standing presence in the woodworking materials and interior design sector, is looking for a dynamic and creative executive to take charge of the creation, organization, and development of the company's Marketing department.

Main Responsibilities Design and implementation of a comprehensive Marketing strategy. Development of corporate image and enhancement of the brand awareness of the company and the brands it represents. Creation and management of content for the website, social media, and digital communication channels. Design of advertising activities, promotional campaigns, and commercial presentations. Organization of corporate events, exhibitions, and new product presentations. Collaboration with the sales department to support commercial growth and attract new customers. Monitoring of results and evaluation of the effectiveness of Marketing activities. Required Qualifications: University/Technical degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related subject. Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated. Very good knowledge and use of digital media and Digital Marketing tools. Experience in social media management and content creation. Good knowledge of advertising campaign tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative thinking, initiative, and result-oriented mindset. Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate the performance of marketing activities. Very good knowledge of the English language. Very good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with digital tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules. Team spirit, responsibility, and professionalism.
