Retort Supervisor

1. Plan manpower for product manufacturing according to the daily production plan
2. Supervise and ensure the readiness of machines and production equipment to be in ready-to-use condition at all times
3. Continuously control production quality and production processes
4. Control employee performance / manage employee overtime and production efficiency
5. Provide training and knowledge to employees regarding technical aspects, operating procedures, and various quality systems
6. Resolve on-site problems / coordinate with various departments
7. Perform duties in accordance with relevant quality systems
8. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology / Industrial Management or a related field
2. 5 years or more of experience working in an industrial factory
3. Experience in management and control of production lines using Retort machines
4. Completed training for the Retort Supervisors course
5. Experience as a Process Authority will be given special consideration
6. Experience working in the canned food, Pouch Retort, or Pet food industries
7. Can read, write, and communicate in English
8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
9. Possess leadership qualities, patience, and high responsibility
