Machine Operation Supervisor

• Allocate manpower appropriately to the production process
• Control production process quality to comply with specified standards
• Resolve immediate problems in cases where products do not meet specified Spec
• Inspect the readiness of equipment, raw materials, and machinery to ensure they are ready for use
• Prepare manuals or standard operating procedures for machine usage and product manufacturing according to each specified Product
• Develop and improve production processes to be efficient, utilize modern technology, and reduce costs
• Report production summaries and encountered problems along with corrective actions to supervisors; report machine efficiency, production totals, NG, and encountered problems along with corrective actions to supervisors
• Hold meetings to summarize problems during the production process and report them to supervisors
• Prepare documents related to various quality management systems; inspect the quality and readiness of machinery; plan PM for machines in the production line to ensure readiness for use
• Coordinate with relevant departments; suggest and resolve problems beneficially to ensure operations are carried out with maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop personnel within the department to be able to perform work with maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor the work of subordinates to ensure all employees clearly understand their own roles and duties
• Instill a good awareness regarding organizational involvement, work safety, and high-quality teamwork
• Continuously monitor the operation of all machines to ensure they are maintained and used correctly
• Prevent machine Down time from occurring
• Prepare machines for readiness and compare specs of new machines; coordinate with vendors
• Plan the installation of new machines and allocate sufficient installation space
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. At least 5 years of experience working in a food factory or in maintenance
3. Experience working in a food factory will be given special consideration
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
5. Possess leadership qualities, patience, and high responsibility
6. Able to communicate in English
