1. Coordinate with Sales (both domestic and international) regarding Purchase Orders (PO)

1. Calculate product quantities in containers for export (both palletized and On floor)

1. Coordinate with Forwarders to book Containers and transport vehicles to fulfill the delivery plan

1. Prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing list, Con code list)

1. Verify the accuracy of all documents used for product shipment (Export Declaration, BL, COO, COA, HC)

1. Coordinate with internal departments (inspect products before loading, to request export permission)

1. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or other related fields At least 2 years of experience in factory work regarding warehouse management and logistics Able to communicate in English very well Honest and integrity Good leadership skills, highly enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly responsible
