Sales Manager

1. Collect information, plan work, and hold meetings with relevant parties to achieve targets according to the plan
2. Participate in marketing planning
3. Monitor and control the performance of sales staff to ensure it aligns with the plan
4. Collect and store information systematically and analyze data received from the team, orders, and sales
5. Supervise, coordinate, and resolve problems between sales staff, customers, and employees involved in sales within the organization
6. Visit stores and travel nationwide (occasionally)
7. Constantly develop product knowledge and sales skills for the team

Qualifications: Gender: Male/Female Age: 35 years old and above Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in controlling and supervising sales (Management level) Proficient in computer use and data analysis; able to create reports from received data to present to executives Able to plan and establish customer data storage systems based on information sent by sales staff Able to plan marketing to achieve desired goals Possess a driver's license and a private car; able to travel to provinces occasionally Use AI for work and data analysis Able to speak/read/write English well Experience in the automotive business, such as tires or spare parts, will be given special consideration
