Logistics Supervisor (Transport Supervisor) Sukhumvit 50 Warehouse

• Control/improve delivery volumes, customer volumes, and the number of operators to be appropriate according to the delivery conditions in their responsible area.
• Follow up/inspect delivery services in daily delivery processes and new customer deliveries.
• Resolve/improve and report problems along with preventive measures to supervisors, including closing sales for new customers both inside and outside the responsible area each day.
• Control operations in routing and train new operators to perform correctly in terms of delivery service, document preparation, and tablet usage to ensure performance meets the specified standards.
• Control the operations of drivers and service staff in their responsible delivery area to ensure operations comply with the specified working standards.
• Verify/improve customer transfers to be correct according to vehicle number, sub-district, and district, both inside and outside the responsible area.
• Follow up and inspect the recording of urgent jobs/end-of-day job transfers/missed deliveries/delivery conditions to be correct according to requirements.
• Attend various training courses prescribed by the company to develop potential for maximum work efficiency.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Work Monday-Saturday 08.00-17.00.

Qualifications: Education level: Diploma or higher in Logistics or related fields. Experience in customer service or product delivery service. Able to drive a manual transmission car and possesses a driver's license. Has leadership qualities and can handle pressure well. Has 2 or more years of experience at a supervisory level. Able to communicate in English.
