Warranty Engineer

Position: Lead Warranty Engineer Requirements: Education: Higher technical in the field of Mechanical Engineering, at least 1 year of experience in related fields Key skills: Legislative and regulatory legal acts determining the warranty obligations of the Company. Knowledge of vehicle devices and service technologies; Knowledge of electronic spare parts catalogs; Rules and standards established in the Company for the process of interaction with customers, partners, and suppliers. The design of the equipment represented by the Company, its principle of operation, purpose, design features, technical and operational data. PC at an advanced user level, ability to configure one's own working environment. Rules for processing warranty documentation. Procedure for preparing claims to customers, suppliers, and manufacturers and responding to incoming claims; Occupational health and safety rules and standards. Language proficiency: English level A1, Chinese level A1 (desirable) Additional skills: Fast learner, ability to promptly solve current tasks; ability to work in multitasking mode, ability to work in a team Responsibilities: The Lead Engineer, in the performance of labor functions, is obliged: Within the framework of organizing and conducting warranty work:

• to know and comply with the warranty Policies of brand holders, to be guided by them when considering preliminary requests for conducting warranty repairs of vehicles
• to prepare and send responses regarding warranty claims to interested parties, analyze incoming information (on defect recurrence, causes, implemented measures, and countermeasures), inform the immediate supervisor of the results obtained
• to create, maintain, analyze, and provide reports on solving warranty problems in presentations.
• to provide reports to distributor enterprises and the brand holder's company
• to conduct checks for the presence/absence of a problem in production for each case.
• to conduct investigations into the problem: determine possible causes of a warranty event, perform photo/video recording, initiate meetings regarding identified problems.
• conducting checks and the scope of investigation extends to the entire production process from logistics to the shipment of finished products, including checking the incoming inspection process, technical control, production, and ensuring production with the necessary technologies.
