Chief Logistics Specialist

Position: Chief Logistics Specialist Education: Higher professional (technical) education Specialty: Engineer Qualification: Bachelor, Specialist, Master Work experience: experience in organizing international and domestic container, road, air, rail, and sea transportation, working with consolidated cargo for 5 years or more Additional skills: - Knowledge of English (C-1) at the level required for communication and correspondence; - Knowledge of foreign economic activity (ВЭД), legislation regulating transportations - Working on a personal computer to the extent necessary to perform job duties Responsibilities: - Working in the organization of international and domestic container, road, air, rail, and sea transportation, working with consolidated cargo - Organization of multimodal transportation, supply chain management - Development and efficiency analysis of logistics schemes and routes, optimization of costs and delivery times - Conducting complex negotiations - Conducting market analysis of transport and logistics services - Working with shipping lines, agents, and carriers - Organization and control of component delivery based on approved schedules - Budget planning regarding freight, storage, etc. costs - Conducting analysis of delivery schedule execution, production plan fulfillment - Preparation of reports for the manager - Working with EDI and others according to the job description Conditions: - Official employment, registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, with full provision of social guarantees; - Cooperation with leading global manufacturers. - Modern office with ergonomic workstations. - Corporate canteen. - Full social package, bonuses according to the collective agreement. - Quarterly and annual bonuses. - Salary amount is determined based on the interview results from 100,000 rub.
