Sales Executive for Export-Import

Your tasks

1. Manage international customers, including both existing and new customers, to ensure customer satisfaction and increase order volume.
2. Find new customers in international markets to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
3. Prepare Quotations and follow up on sales to close deals according to targets.
4. Receive Purchase Orders and verify that all order details are accurate and complete.
5. Coordinate with the production department, production planning, and warehouse to ensure production and delivery are on schedule.
6. Prepare export and import documents accurately and completely without errors.
7. Coordinate with Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line, and customs agents to ensure transportation proceeds according to plan.
8. Track production status, product dispatch, and transportation to ensure customers receive goods on time.
9. Verify payment terms (L/C, TT, OA, etc.) to ensure full payment is received according to the schedule.
10. Analyze sales figures and prepare reports to provide management with accurate information.
11. Study market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose ways to increase sales.
12. Participate in Exhibitions / Trade Fairs and meet customers to create new business opportunities.
13. Handle customer complaints to ensure problems are resolved quickly.
14. Comply with export legal requirements, food standards, and destination country regulations.

Requirements

1. Male or Female, aged between 30 - 40 years.
2. Experience in international sales and Import-Export, specifically in food products for 5 years or more, will be given special consideration.
3. Able to communicate in English at a good level.
4. Able to prepare export and import documents accurately and completely without errors.
5. Able to coordinate with Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line, and customs agents to ensure transportation proceeds according to plan.
6. Able to drive a car and has a private car.
