Senior Specialist/Chartering Department (quota)

Nominating vessels to shippers/consignees and coordinating loading/unloading schedules for vessels in ports worldwide and at the Содружество-Соя Terminal; monitoring cargo readiness for shipment and the presence of queues in loading/unloading ports; forecasting vessel arrival/departure schedules in ports worldwide and at the Содружество-Соя Terminal; monitoring the availability of cargo documents on arriving/departing vessels at/from the Содружество-Соя Terminal; providing timely information on arriving and departing vessels; calculating and coordinating demurrage and despatch with shipowners, as well as with shippers/consignees; preparing and coordinating vessel loading/unloading plans, and maintaining reports.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in the field of maritime freight forwarding; flexibility of behavior, ability to offer alternatives, developed argumentation skills. English: Oral - Upper-Intermediate, Written - Upper-Intermediate; communicative, easy-going, literate speech, presentable appearance, ability to conduct business negotiations in English over the phone.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 1 year
