Your tasks

Perform verification and approval of vessel passages in the VTS database, making necessary changes and additions to passage cards. Interact with the port's IGPC, shipowners, and agents to obtain the required complete information. Perform selective review of video recordings of the shipping situation. Assist department heads in forming an archive of shipping situations from fragments of the shipping situation. Jointly with the Deputy Head of VTS, prepare and complete documents for the training of VTS employees at a specialized educational center. Participate in the preparation of materials regulating the safety of navigation. Participate in the office work of VTS, and in the preparation and formation of Branch documents and files for transfer to the archive, together with other structural units. Vladivostok, in the preparation and adjustment of staff work schedules and time sheets.

Requirements

Knowledge of English at a level necessary for conducting radio communications with vessels on topics related to VTS activities and the safety of navigation. Ability to work with computer equipment and peripheral devices. Ability to work with programs included in the Microsoft Office suite. Work with the VTS Database, perform proofreading of electronic charts of the VTS software and hardware complex and manuals. Requirements of technical documentation and instructions for the operation of VTS technical equipment.

Secondary vocational education; Experience: 2 years
