Senior Graphic Designer "Based at Head Office"

• Create, design, and produce media to support marketing activities, marketing communications, and other company activities as assigned
• Attend meetings with the Creative department or other related departments to take concepts and themes for further development
• Produce high-quality work consistent with objectives, target audiences, and communication channels within the specified budget and time
• Analyze, study, and learn about creative design and production of all types of media to keep up with market changes and consumer behavior
• Inspect workpieces for approval from supervisors and owners, including coordinating details for certain workpieces that require special orders or have complex production processes
• Systematically organize and store workpieces
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Education level: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Arts, or related fields At least 3 years of experience or more Good English skills in reading and writing Good communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Proficiency in computer programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects, or other Graphic Design programs Knowledge in Artwork production and various types of media production Good skills in explaining and presenting work to executives Persuasion skills Knowledge in photography will be a great advantage Creativity Open to others' opinions and able to express opinions creatively Goal-oriented and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly Eager to learn and constantly seek new information Ability to lead a team and work well in a team Diligent, patient, and enthusiastic about work Good personality and interpersonal skills with others Positive attitude in working with others Able to work quickly, accurately, and within the specified time
