Content Manager "Headquarters Based"

• Define strategies, analyze, develop, and plan content design work on online media to support the company's marketing activities and marketing communications
• Manage Content on online media and all Social Media channels to achieve marketing objectives
• Manage the team in developing online media and all responsible Social Media channels to be efficient and in accordance with marketing strategies
• Have knowledge and understanding of Content Marketing, able to suggest and develop online Content to be effective and appropriate for trends and consumer behavior
• Study the Content strategies of competitors and other businesses to utilize for development and marketing planning
• Prepare and manage budgets, including preparing performance summary reports and related expenses, to report to supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Education level: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Arts, Public Relations, Business Administration, or other related fields Have more than 5 years of experience in the field of Online Content creation or Content Marketing Have good English communication knowledge Define guidelines for personnel management, plan continuous training and development for personnel in the marketing communications department at all levels to achieve maximum work efficiency Able to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint computer programs well Have good knowledge, understanding, and skills in using language for communication Have creativity and always enjoy learning new things Enjoy following news, trends, and have a good level of general knowledge Able to solve immediate problems well Have leadership and can manage a team Have responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the specified time Have enthusiasm for work Have a good personality and good human relations Have a good attitude towards working with others Have good wit and can adapt quickly
