QA Engineer

1To ensure all quality process : IQC , IPQC , PQC , FQC , QRE and inspection on target. 2To ensure all RM and FG are inspection on a regular inspection and target. 3Confirm the quality standard per customer requirement. 4Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e. g. internal, supplier, customer). 5Manage and coordinating customer claim, customer problem solving on time and customer quality audits. 6Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions 7Participating in the development and refinement of Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). 8Root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for processes or other parts that have concerned. 9Prepare and send the inspection equipments to calibration and verify the equipment at production floor. 10Set the performance objectives for the team. 11To do and verify all quality daily , weekly and monthly report. 12Established new documents (Procedure , WI , etc) to improvement and controlled. 13Maintain and manage the Quality Management System (QMS). 14Manage the Document Control Center (DCC) for ISO&IATF and all related systems in the factory. 15Follow up and do ERP syetem for quality items. 16Other job as assigned by superiors. 17Comply with environmental laws and safety regalation. 18Participate in setting guidelines for control and prevention in case, Environmental issues. 19Comply and Strict with waste management procedure. 20Participate in setting guidelines and take actions to ensure workplace safety.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related. Thai nationality, Male / Female, 22-35 years old. Must have at least 3 years of experience in a quality function, preferably in the automotive industry. At least 1 year of experience in a management level. Technical knowledge of MSA , SPC , APQP , PPAP , FMEA , Control plan will be advantage. Good in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint , Etc). Good personality with excellent communication. Able to work under pressure, having high responsibility and teamwork spirit. Must be excellence in English : writing ,reading and speaking. Working day is 6 days per week. Knowledge of QMS system : ISO9001 , IATF16949 , ISO14001 ,ISO45001 and Others , QC tools are required.
