Technical Proposal & Project Support Engineer - (Chinese or English Speaking)

Role Focus

• Lead proposal drafting, technical research and routine project technical support

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and technical requirements.
• Prepare Project Understanding, Construction Methodology,
• Construction Sequence, Schedule, Resource Plan, Site Layout and other proposal sections.
• Prepare solutions and technical illustrations for critical works.
• Support clarifications, tender presentations and technical meetings.
• Support ongoing projects on Method Statements, Shop Drawings review, design optimization and technical issue analysis.
• Maintain proposal templates, case studies and technical knowledge library.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Civil / Structural / Bridge / Geotechnical Engineering. 5+ years relevant experience. Able to independently review English tender documents, specifications and drawings. Able to independently prepare major sections of English technical proposals. Design consultancy / engineering consultant / contractor design department background. Highway / structural / bridge / geotechnical design experience. Technical proposal or methodology preparation experience. AutoCAD and relevant design software skills. Thai PE qualification.
