Senior Technical Proposal Engineer - Chinese or English Speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQ.
• Lead tender technical planning and develop overall construction strategy and solutions for critical works.
• Review technical proposals for compliance, constructability check, design, programme/resource alignment and technical risks.
• Support technical clarifications, meetings and tender presentations.
• Support ongoing projects on major methodologies, design issues and shop drawings and technical issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Civil / Structural / Bridge / Geotechnical Engineering. 8+ years relevant experience. Able to independently review English tender documents, specifications and drawings. Good English technical writing and communication skills. Top conference / engineering consultant / contractor design department background. Structural or bridge design experience. Thailand / Southeast Asia infrastructure experience. Thai PE qualification.
