Job Details are as follows:
- Coordinate and support the procurement of Spare Parts for mechanical maintenance work of assigned factories.
- Evaluate and select Suppliers, Vendors, and contractors, while comparing prices, product specifications, and technical details.
- Negotiate procurement terms and conditions to obtain goods and services that are appropriate in terms of price, quality, and delivery time.
- Monitor, evaluate, and develop Supplier performance to comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contract requirements.
- Manage procurement data, inventory, and pricing information to ensure accuracy and up-to-date status.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure correct storage and installation of goods.
- Maintain and update the Supplier database, including qualification information, delivery lead times, and future vendor development opportunities.
- Store and record procurement data, product details, delivery notes, and Invoices in the procurement system.
- Provide suggestions and guidelines for improving procurement processes to increase efficiency and maintain service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned and work effectively with the team.
**Working days and hours: Monday-Friday, 08.30-17.30
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Inventory Management, or Vendor Management.
- New graduates who have interned in a procurement position and possess high potential, readiness to learn, and self-development are welcome.
- Knowledge and experience in sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating with Suppliers.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and manage tasks well.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to use English for work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
