IT Support I English Communication (Pluak Daeng, Rayong)

Provide IT Support to users, both Onsite and Remote Maintain and resolve issues regarding Computer, Printer, Microsoft 365, and various IT systems Maintain and Troubleshoot Network systems, LAN/WAN, VPN, and Firewall Maintain Network Devices such as Cisco Switch, Router, Access Point Maintain and Support Windows Server and Active Directory Participate in Infrastructure and Data Center tasks, such as installing Servers on Racks Receive and resolve issues through the Ticketing system and follow up until completion Coordinate with the IT team and Vendors to resolve issues and support system operations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Support / Network / Infrastructure Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Knowledge of Cisco Switch L2, VLAN, Access Port, and Trunk Port Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Good Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing
