Foreign Economic Activity Specialist (Manager)

What you will be doing: Searching for and analyzing foreign suppliers; Fully managing foreign trade contracts; Maintaining and developing relationships with existing suppliers; Ensuring logistics from the manufacturer to the warehouse; Calculating the cost of international transportation and the cost price of imported goods, analyzing and selecting carriers (rate calculation: delivery, customs clearance, forwarding, and pickup); Selecting TN VED codes; Working with 1C:ERP, 1C:Dokumentooborot; Handling claims, business, and official correspondence.

Requirements

It is important for us to have: Higher / secondary vocational education; English language knowledge at B1 (Intermediate) level; Proficient PC skills: MS Office, 1C; Literate oral and written speech; Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team, stress resistance, learnability, and critical thinking; Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
