Site Supervisor (in the manufacturing industry)

Exercises leadership over the production site headed by them. Ensures the timely fulfillment of production assignments by the site in terms of production volume (works, services), quality, specified nomenclature (assortment), increasing labor productivity, reducing labor intensity of products based on rational equipment loading and the use of its technical capabilities, increasing the equipment shift coefficient, economical consumption of raw materials, materials, fuel, energy, and cost reduction. Determines the assignment of workers and brigades, carries out the formation of brigades (their quantitative, professional, and qualification composition), and coordinates their activities. Monitors compliance with technological processes, promptly identifies and eliminates the causes of their violation. Participates in the development of new and the improvement of existing technological processes and production modes, as well as production schedules. Checks the quality of manufactured products or performed works. Implements measures to prevent defects and increase product quality. Participates in the acceptance of completed works on site reconstruction, repair of technological equipment, mechanization, and automation of production processes and manual works.

Requirements

Physical fitness and strength endurance, readiness to work with foreign citizens. Knowledge of English and Chinese languages. Constant business trips.

Secondary vocational education; Experience: 5 years
