Engineer

Performs work in the field of scientific and technical activities using computing tools, communications, and connectivity in the areas of design, construction, information services, organization of production, labor and management, metrological support, technical control, etc. Develops methodological and regulatory documents, technical documentation, as well as proposals and measures for the implementation of developed projects and programs.

Requirements

Experience in preparing for the construction of capital construction projects. Experience in the field of construction of at least 5 years is mandatory. Knowledge of laws and other regulatory legal, methodological, and normative documents on issues of capital construction. Readiness for business trips. Knowledge of English and Chinese languages.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
