Group Leader (in Construction)

Ensures the cost-effectiveness of design solutions and their compliance with the design assignment, current standards (including the forms and content of estimate documentation), norms and rules for occupational safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection, as well as environmental protection. Participates in preparing technical and economic justifications for progressive design solutions regarding materials and construction methods. Leads a group and ensures the development of estimate documentation for the construction (reconstruction, major repair) of facilities at all design stages within the deadlines established by the plan and with high quality. Implements advanced, effective methods of estimate documentation development into practice, and promotes the implementation of automated estimate documentation development methods using computing technology.

Requirements

Knowledge of construction norms and rules (СНиП), reading drawings, knowledge of fire safety (ПБ) and occupational safety (ОТ) rules. Knowledge of construction processes and technologies, readiness for constant business trips across the region, financial responsibility. Knowledge of PC, 1С. Knowledge of Chinese and English languages.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
