Inventory and Procurement Coordinator for a leading company in the wellness field

Inventory and Procurement Coordinator required.

Responsibility for coordinating and managing inventory and procurement processes, daily control of inventory in Israel and the USA, managing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, data analysis, and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of information in the systems. The role includes independent work alongside ongoing guidance from the VP of Operations, with a direct impact on global inventory availability and the supply chain.

Key Areas of Responsibility -

• Management and control of inventory in ERP and Shopify systems, including responsibility for the accuracy of inventory data in Israel and the USA
• Operational procurement: opening purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, ongoing work with suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Management of operational negotiations, price comparison, cost updates, and control over exceptions
• Analysis of demand and sales data, supporting procurement planning and lean inventory management
• Opening SKUs and maintaining logistical data in the systems
• Monitoring inventory availability, shortages, and SLA, and flagging exceptions in real-time
• Generating inventory reports, controlling discrepancies, and supporting inventory counts
• Management and control of import and export processes, including shipment tracking and basic cost loading, ongoing work with logistics providers in Israel and abroad

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in the inventory and procurement field
• Experience in managing operational negotiations with suppliers
• High proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• Experience working with ERP systems / inventory management (advantage for Shopify)
• Very good English – speaking and reading (ongoing work with suppliers and systems abroad)
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and fast learning
