Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Power Engineering. Junior Level: Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of experience in electrical system design are welcome. Senior, Supervisor Level: At least 5 years of direct experience in Substation design (Primary or Secondary). Knowledge and understanding of international engineering standards such as IEEE, IEC, ANSI, CIGRE, including substation construction standards such as PEA, MEA, or EGAT standards. Ability to use design and calculation software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, MicroStation, ETAP, DIgSILENT, or CYME. Knowledge or ability to use 3D / BIM software (e.g., Revit, Bentley Substation) is a plus. Good technical English communication skills (ability to read/write Specification documents). Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work with others.
