Product Research and Development Officer

1. Research and develop product formulas to achieve standardized products that meet customer requirements
2. Improve the company's additive formulas to ensure high quality and efficiency
3. Inspect mixing documents and packaging documents to verify that the mixing and packaging processes comply with specified standards
4. Verify the accuracy of mixing formulas and the quantity of raw materials used in the production department's manufacturing
5. Oversee Retained Sample management
6. Verify related instruments according to the specified plan
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 23 years and above Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or other fields with at least 15 credits in Chemistry Not color blind Fair knowledge of English Creative, detail-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft office Experience in formula research and development of 1 year or more will be specially considered
